The Thole House LLC was founded in 2008, with the mission of designing and building homes for the particular needs of families.
I have a great passion for what I do, and take great pride in how I do it. It’s for those reasons that I can put my own family name on the line—and I stand behind it 100%.

Most designers and builders state they build "custom" homes. I feel this word creates an unneeded avenue for companies to charge extra money. Instead, I listen first and understand the family, then design functional living spaces that are tailored to the client’s personal needs and interests. So, instead of “custom” homes, I prefer “personal” homes. I work closely with my clients to create personal home designs that are tailored to the unique needs and style of their family!

I work only with contractors who take pride in their workmanship, and with whom I have built lasting relationships. Each member of the building team is a contractor or supplier that I trust and who, in return, trusts me.
